It covers off many, many of areas with the practice questions and answers, but more importantly are the explanations that come along with the answers. If you do not get an answer right – you can immediately find out why it was wrong and hopefully, retain the information for the actual exam.
The second thought that came into my mind was how reasonably priced this tool was. Considering that it seems as though there are always extra costs involved in learning, this very inexpensive tool was a very welcome addition to my arsenal!

I took the ITIL Foundation exam and got 98% of the question correct. I’d certainly recommend anybody to go through this program before any of the main offical volumes. Once you’ve got the most out of it then a matter of dipping into the main books to get a more in-depth picture on particular subjects of interest.
I would recommend this if your objective is to clear the certification in a short span of time. There are books available if you want to read every process in detail.

I found the book to be a very good resource and it provided the information necessary for me to pass the exam.
In my estimation the best method to study for this exam is to review test questions. This provides representative test questions and enough supporting information concerning the correct answer that an experienced service manager can easily reconcile why his original choice was incorrect.
If you get a passing score on these you will pass the real exam. If you don’t, go back to your other study guides and come back to the CD-ROM and try again.

The software itself is more concise and gives much better problems for simulating the test.
Anyway, I did pass despite the fact that I really only studied maybe 15 hours for the test. I don’t recommend not studying, but this is the perfect quick study system.

I had a difficult time passing the exam the first two times. I decided to try a different approach for the third time of taking the Exam. I went to two different conferences, studied a couple of books, listened to all of the lectures. I feel the problems provided are sufficient to test your grasp of the material.
All and all, it is a great tool for passing the exam and is as advertised. I highly recommend this guide, especially for those who do not have a service.
