I bought these cards to assist me in understanding the ITIL process. My place of work gave us online training, but it was up to us to get certification.
These cards are great for re-iterating the material. It was to the point that when I took practice online ITIL V3 Foundation exams, I recalled the material quicker. I highly suggest getting the cards for exam study and suggest after exam they are handy cards to review to see of the company is using/following the ITIL framwork. I highly recommend this product.
